Get Involved!

There are may ways in which you can get involved and contribute to the success of your child’s team and the Jr. Mustang program.

Each role a parent/volunteer makes has a huge impact on the program from building comradely with the community and having a successful season.

We are currently accepting volunteer applications for the 2024 season.

Let us know if you are interested in helping out in any of the following areas:

Team Parent
Coordinate half-time and post-game snacks for team. Remind parents of volunteer shifts and ensure all players have directions to game including uniform information. Act as a liaison between the coaches, players, parents and the board. Assist team with Picture Day and end of year banquet.
Game Mgmt.
Field Preparation and Breakdown
Video Crew
Record all Home and Away games
Snack Bar Lead
The Snack Bar Lead is responsible for ensuring/assisting that all duties within the snack bar are complete such as, customer transactions, cleaning the foods or stock areas, assisting in the snack bar, maintaining inventory, completing orders, maintaining spreadsheets and performing all other necessary Snack Bar responsibilities.
Grill Master
BBQ Hot Dogs & Hamburgers for all home games while maintaing a clean grill throughout the season

VOLUNTEER SIGN UP DATES

You can now sign up to volunteer online by clicking on the sign up button for the desired date.

Please remember, each player must have a Parent/Guardian/Family member fulfill 10 hours during the season.

The below volunteer shifts include the following:

  • Snack Bar
  • Half-Time Snack
  • Post Game Snack/Meal
  • Collecting tickets at the gate
  • BBQ Grill Master
  • Chain Gang (away game)

Deadline to sign-up for volunteer is 8/1/2024.  After this date, we will assign your shifts for you.
